Refund Policy

1. Free trial first

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with no payment method required, so you can evaluate ViralCart AI fully before paying.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing or from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Charges for a period already started are non-refundable except as described below.

3. When we do refund

We will issue a full refund of the most recent charge when:

• You were charged after cancelling due to a billing error on our side.
• A duplicate payment occurred.
• A verified platform outage prevented you from using core features for more than 72 consecutive hours in the billed period.

4. How to request

Email billing@viralcartai.com from your account email with the workspace name and PayPal transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
